I tried this, and now I'm getting 3 more bad blocks in the nand. Every time I want to flash the OFW, it will stop during writing on 16% and said cannot read PBP
what to do?
and how to use the repartion ?

When you run DCv8 via mms & pandora, in its menu, there's an option called nand tools.
You can format & repartition all your flashes from there.

If you can run Despertar Cementerio v8 from within the PSP XMB and create a stick, you can try to run the stick with a pandora and install OFW v5.00 first. When done, reboot and use the stick/pandora again and install v5.00M33-6. I've fixed quite a few "bad" units doing this.
When you are sure all is fixed, run the stick and pandora again, go to nand tools and dump the nand (create a backup). It'll easily get you out of situations like this should it ever arise again
EDIT: Ohh, and if the app is not finding the 500.PBP on the memory card, maybe make sure it is present? If it is, then maybe you need to format that stick and create a fresh one...might be corrupt.

I tried to run Despertar Cementerio v8 from this PSP, but it stops during the installation 1%. then, I run it in different PSP and made the mms, put it with pandora in my psp, but still same message, it stops exactly at 15% as I said earlier. Any other suggestions, pls.

format all your flashes from the nand tools.
ie. format Lflash option.

I've been busy and have not checked in lately so am a bit late with my responses.
It would seem that either there is a hardware problem with your nand chip or your RAM chip.
It is not a question of reformatting partitions, otherwise your DCv8 would get stuck trying to format one or other of the partitions.
The reason I asked whether you can play games in test M33 mode is to see whether there is a problem with the RAM memory chip. If games play alright the chances are it is okay. There is also an application written specifically to test RAM. You could try this if you're interested, but it takes a bit of setting up.
Looking at the nand chip, how many bad blocks have you got? Unless you have a rediculously large number it is unlikely that your problem is down to bad blocks. DCv8 uses a logical writing process and maps around bad blocks.
Your first port of call is to see if the RAM chip works properly. The reason this can cause problems similar to the one you are experiencing is because the firmware is extracted and stored in RAM before it is written to flash. Therefore if something is wrong with the RAM the process falls over.

Using nandTool_0.4_Final_NEO, I run it Selected "Bad Block Check" and found 4 bad blocks as stated below:
page 544 block 17
page 5984 block 187
page 55616 block 1738
page 105248 block 3289
running the integrity check"
said "Partition Records Seem OK"
I run the Repartition Flash option, then try to install the firmware, but still it gives me the same error reaching 15% during flashing files and stopping with error reading PBP, I'm not sure if there will be a solution to this

4 bad blocks is nothing. That is definitely not the problem.
There is a small utility for testing the RAM memory made by Cory1492 (the same dev that made Nantool). You can get it here - cory1492s DS and PSP Dev Corner » PSP Downloads - scan down to the "others" section - it's called PSP mem test simple.
If this test comes up okay, then the RAM is in all likelihood alright.
Run this test (loaded via the elf menu) and post your results.
Your partitions are fine. You would have a different problem if they were corrupted.
