Wow, thanks for doing that!

When you say you get no recovery menu...I think the version you're testing has to actually be installed on the PSP in order to access the recovery menu. So if you have 3.60 installed, you should be able to access
that recovery menu by holding the R button while launching, or (if it's already running) by clicking on it again.
But I don't think you'd be able to access the 3.30 or 3.50 recovery menu while 3.60 is installed. However, 3.30 and 3.50's
main menus
should present you with the uninstall option, because all of them will do that when a different version is installed.
I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure the only way to know if 3.30's
recovery menu shows the uninstall option is to actually uninstall 3.60 and install 3.30 instead. Of course I wouldn't ask you to do that...I'm just stating how I believe it would have to be done.
