how do i change my CFW (5.00 m33-4) into CFW (5.00 m33-6)

i have a CFW 5.00 m33-4 and i was wondering if it is better to get 5.00 m33-6 CFW. and if it is how could i do it?

Download hellcats recovery flasher v1.6 and 500.pbp ( 5.00 official update ).
This app will install 5.00 m33-6 on your psp.
Put hellcats in psp\game\recovery directory.
Put 500.pbp in root of your ms (ie. where pictures, videos, psp, etc folders appear ).
Run hellcats recovery flasher and install 5.00 cfw.
It will automatically install it to m33-6.
Make sure you use v1.60

Updating to 5.00M33-6 when you are on a version prior to 5.00M33-6 Code: 1015

Start with this: Custom Firmware 5.00 M33-6 Released, PSP Hacks - PSP Slim Hacks

2. Download the 5.00M33-6 Update. Put that eboot in ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE.

3. Go back to the XMB. Go to Game, then memory stick, and run the 5.00M33-6 Updater. Start it and then wait for it to finish. Do NOT stop in the middle of it.

4. When complete, it might restart since you upgraded from a version prior to 5.00. If not then it is OK.

if i already have 5.00 m33-4 CFW how do i change it back to OFW 5.03 so i could change my CFW to 5.00 m33-6?

No need to change back to OFW, just run the MM3-6 installer from front page.

ok thanks i got my psp to m33-6 and would i need my hell cats recovery flasher if i made my psp 5.00 m33-6? or should i keep it?

if you are going to hack your friends PSP through ChickHEN for the first time, then I suggest you use hellcat's recovery flasher v1.60:

make sure you run PSPIdent v0.4 first though! and confirm you do have a hackable PSP mobo.
