if i already have 5.00 m33-4 CFW how do i change it back to OFW 5.03 so i could change my CFW to 5.00 m33-6?

you don't update to an OFW to get a newer CFW...

just put that as

ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP and run the updater.
