Downgrade Help Needed

Hey Guys,

I am on CFW 5.50 MHU and I want to go on the CFW 5.50 GEN-xx(whatever is the latest basically)

When I downloaded the 5.50 GEN-A files yesterday and tried to run it, the system tells me that I am already on 5.50 so it will just quit without updating anything.

Is there anyway, I can go back to a M-33 CFW and try to upgrade to 5.50 from there?

Any help would be appreciated.

you will need this:
Hellcat's Recovery Flasher v1.60: Detection of HEN mode, PSP Hacks - PSP Slim Hacks

and this:

download helclats recovery flasher, then download the 5.00 firmware update. rename the firmware update 500.PBP and put it in the RECOVERY folder extracted from the hellcats download. place in ms0:\PSP\GAME and run.
