psp 3000 help :D - PSP Slim Hacks

I told aunt in Germany to buy me a psp 3000

, and before I remembered to explain that the seller seeks to give her PSP with 5.03 ofw she had bought, but she dont know turn on psp and check which version is ahhaha

....what are chances that I get a psp with 5.03 software version.... aaaaa I will break it if I get psp with 5.50 or higher ofw ..

if you get a psp with above 5.03 and want cfw then you should just go trade it in. for a hackable 2000 preferably.

NOONE KNOW THE CHANCES AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM TOWN TO TOWN. it depends on so many factors.

anyways go to SYSTEM->SYSTEM SETTINGS-> system information easy enough to find....

If you can, ask the seller what firmware it has, and if you can take a peek

The chances of you getting a PSP 3000 with OFW 5.03 or below is lower than the chances of you getting a PSP 3000 with OFW 5.50+. Just like mattyyey said, it's different from town to town. It depends on how long the PSP's have been sitting there on the shelf. I highly recommend you get a PSP 2000 bundle. Your chances are very big on getting one with a motherboard less than TA-088 V3.
