PSPFan's PSP Go thread. Features, Flaws and more.
As some of you know, I got myself a PSP Go the day after its release. I have been putting the new little system through its paces. Building up a good idea of the PSP Go before I give it a "out of 10" rating and review.
For those interested I have posted a few posts / threads. Both here and on our PSP Go Hacks site - Sister site if you will for the Go.
Not in any order or anything:
I will update this with more posts when done. If you have any questions please let me know.
Due to time constraints I haven't done a PSP Go review video...Just the save state video.
I plan to do some battery benchmarks. And battery tests. But to be fair I'm waiting to cycle the battery a few times first. (Full discharge and later over night charging)
If you have any questions, please post them here. I will try and reply asap.

Correct. The PSP uses a download system where you buy credits or game cards and download the games off PSN.
The games download to the PSP's flash memory.
Currently, there is no CFW hack for the Go.

Largest is Resistance Retribution 1.5GB. I have Killzone installed, GT is 1.1GB and a few demos. Socom (.98 GB) and Fantasy VII (1.32GB). Plus when its out I will get GTA Chinatown wars !!!
But nothing is over a UMD size yet..

Just to add my PSP-2000 has become my Homebrew and Emu machine. PSP Go is my pockable PSP that I'm using all the time now for gaming. The more I use it the more I like it. You have to adjust your grip so you don't get a sore right hand.
Still has a few flaws, but the battery life seems to be improving now with a few full discharge and recharge cycles. Around 4 1/2 hours on full battery brightness with FFVII.
Just need more time in the day to use it!!?

it always surprises me how small people are able to make ff7. my eboot is like 1.6 gb. im not sure of the compression ratio though because it was one of the first ones i made.... i may need to look into that.....
did they improve anything on ff7? i thought i read that they were doing something like that. nothing major though.
