Review
_______
This game is a port of a ds game of the same name, and it retains its playabilty and funfactor.
It starts out much the same as anyother gta game, flying into Liberty City explaining some of
the current events but within minutes an attempt is made on the main character's life and a
prized possestion is stolen from him, now he must get it back. The game play is much the same
with changes due to the field of view being changed from 3rd person to over the head. You get
missions from your uncle and friends of your family on a quest to avenge your father and to
get his sword back. It was a ds game so its loaded with mini games that were meant for the
touch screen, they were simply changed to use the analog stick and buttons, but the puzzles
are still nice breaks from the furious action of a gta game. Cars shimmer and shine, and lights
and shadows mix well to form a unique atmosphere. Dialogue has its serious tones and joking humor
and never seems crude or in the wrong place. The interface is very nicely done, and most useful,
from using the gps to find the mission objective or checking emails it all feels very at home
on the psp.
