I have been developing a PS2 emulator for psp, It currently runs FFX at about 15 fps. I'll be releasing it soon, after i sort a few bugs out. Due to the technical limitations of the PSP, the emulator is highly unlikely to ever be able to do full speed.

Here is a video showing it in action.

It is highly likely I will release it in the next week or so :)
Please PM me your feedback when this happens.

I see what you mean. I'll try and release it as soon as I can. Do you know any good games to test the emulator with?

Any PS2 only game should do.
What I meant was you should show the PSP starting > your emulator > load the game.
And keep the video less blurry / keep focused on psp / better quality if possible.

From the vid you made, it looks like you're just playing a video on the PSP.
Why is there no game menu ? health bar etc things ?

Do you think you can get the emulator to 60 fps?

Probably not... The PSP has inferior hardware compared to the ps2. I'll try my best though :)

this is something i'm really looking forward for the psp. God of War, Snake Eater, Devil May Cry... it's too many great titles for ps2. Kudos for your hard work, animajames.

if anyone could bring a ps2 game for the psp then i guess i need to update my memstick. lol!
