No it's not :P
OFW runs fine!

Though I couldn't "uninstall" (the very first uninstall was reported to be successful, so there shouldn't be anything left) I just ran the GEN-B patch and it worked! So delighted with Gusha being my messiah I rebooted my PSP run CFWE 3.6 and did an uninstall (finally available). Uninstall went through right after I pushed the button and when I was trying to install CFWE 3.6 I got "can not write file" :| Just out curiosity I started CFWE 3.51 and there was an option to uninstall obviously the previous uninstall did nothing. I get the same result if I try uninstalling with CFWE 3.51 btw. So it just looks that for whatever reason CFWE isn't able to access the flash memory :S
If there are any more suggestions I would appreciate them and thank you for the support up until this point

Does anyone of you know how I'll be able do get CFWE running again or should I just make use of my guarantee lol? OFW runns as smooth as ever.
This is the reason why I used Hellcat's 1.60 for uninstalling! I want to make sure that there is no other CFW running in the background aside from chickHEN and Hellcat's 1.60. But it's far more complicated for starters.

It was mentioned in the TUT that, after uninstall, you should exit and not "Flash and Start" the CFW. That means rebooting totally (power off). I can see you already done that!

When you're trying to install CFWenabler what does it say in the (top left corner of the screen) "custom firmware installed" and "Version" area? It should be "none".

Installation: Other Version
CFW loaded: No
Model: PSP 3000

Now (after installing GEN-B) I get the uninstall option every time I run CFWE but it won't uninstall anything :S
It's interesting to notice every time I hit uninstall it says all went fine and the status "Installation" changes to "Not detected" but when I restart CFWE it's back to where it was before.

How am I supposed to uninstall the CFW with Hellcats? I don't wanna risk a brick.

Weird indeed
I tried with CFWE 3.51 and 3.6 still the same.

Well it's not like it's not working but it's still bugging me though it's my own damn fault :P
I'd like to use mhu rather then GEN but it will work out I guess. Maybe I'm just gonna buy a new psp and sell my current one we've lots of OFW5.03 and earlier ones...

So thanks for your help guys I really appreciate it

I can't run CFWE 3.6 it will not install because it can not write flash0 for unknown reasons. This holds true for uninstalling, too. Only CFW thats works for me now is GEN-B.

Though I haven't tried this, maybe GEN-A installer can uninstall GEN B?

CFWenabler 3.60 works for me! I removed the GEN-D2 updater after uninstalling it.

Nope, Gen-A doesn't have an un-install option at all. Only CFWe does. That's one of the reasons I don't like Gen.
