ms0:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY

you should just be able to copy/merge it with the PSP folder.

the RECOVERY folder is all that you need to copy from rflash160. however, you also need to download the 5.00 firmware update in order to install 5.00 m33-6.

you can download it here:
http://pspslimhacks.com/psp-firmware....php?dl_id=138

once it is downloaded, rename it 500.PBP and place it in the RECOVERY folder with hellcats.

that is what eyeyousee was talking about.

it should say something like "install cfw of the fw selected above" or something similar. that is what you choose.

different versions may say something different i guess. either way, that is the option you choose.

now, once it is done installing the cfw, it will say press any button to shutdown or something similar. press a button, and it will turn off, but the lights will still be blinking. that means it is still installing something. you need to wait until the lights stop blinking before you attempt to turn your psp back on. do not remove the battery during this either.
