PSP 4.01 hackable?

and has an HJ on its serial..

is ths hackable?

if so... can you direct me a link that tutors me how to hacked it...

And being a PHA PSP, you'll need to update your OFW to version 5.03. Then install chickHEN R2 and CFWEnabler 3.60.

NOTE: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR OFFICIAL FIRMWARE (OFW) HIGHER THAN version 5.03.

Hmm... looks like its a PHA PSP. Since your OFW is 4.01 update to 5.03, run chickhen, run PSPIdent 0.4 and check whether you have a CHA or a PHA mobo.

first, thanks for all the replies, this forums had helped a lot.

but how can i update the 4.01 to a 5.03? can i do it myself? any tutorial available?

I was able to find the file here 5.03 OFW its a RAR file so you will need WinRAR or 7-Zip (personally I prefer 7-Zip) to extract the EBOOT.PBP. Make a new folder called "UPDATE" in the PSP game folder place the EBOOT.PBP in the update folder. Go ahead and disconnect the USB cable or quit out of USB mode. Go to Game on the XMB scroll down to Memory Stick and the update should be ready to go hope that helps.
